Warren Buffett is giving $1 billion to whoever can fill out the perfect March Madness bracket - not an easy task - but if you get it right, you won't really have done anything. So I say why not!
It's totally free to enter, so I don't see the harm in trying.
Obviously that got me to thinking what I would do with $1 billion. What would you do?
